There's a trick to that, apparently you are not a radio technician so I would take it to a technician. If it is crystal controlled you can't do it, if it's tunable you can. This is what I was told many years ago, today's modern digital radios i don't think you can.  I did it years ago on an old Johnson 223 but that is really old.

Early in the film, we find Lovell sitting with his wife in their backyard after the Armstrong/Aldrin moon landing. They're laying on lawn chairs, staring up at the Moon link imagining the crew looking link back up at Earth. As Lovell ponders the impossible made link possible, enjoying the evening with his wife, we can see the Speedmaster affixed to his wrist [00:06:59]. If only he (and the watch) knew what lay ahead.

Ono tried to take steps in link the U.S. to get the watch back but with it now held in Geneva she eventually filed a link claim there in October 2015 contesting the Italian dealer's link ownership of the watch saying it'd been stolen from her.
