      google norton power eraser free download it and run it itll reboot see if that helps then download and run malwarebytes free delete anything malwarebytes marks on list reboot n then try it... :)

        I have the same problem with my pc I thought it was because it's about 12 years old, thanks for that info I will give it a try.
