      I do it mathematically if the temp. is at or above 0 celcius and i come within a tenth of a degree. Here`s how. Example:  12 degrees celcius. Double it 24 degrees, add 32 = 56 degrees. For every 5 degrees in the celcius temp. you subtract 1 degree from the total. Which is 54 degrees. Now you also subtract two tenths of a degree from the total for every 1 degree left over in the celcius temp. The tempreature is 53.2 degrees fahrenheit.
