Hi pipcat. To answer your question: In your web browser type in: www.vivitar.com to visit their website. Find the 'Support' link on the page that opens to you and click on it. From there find the 'Digital Video Recorders' link and click. From there you can navigate to your item (be sure to look for the exact model number of your item) and follow the download instructions.
