        Identical twins come from one egg that multiplies, fraternal twins come from two eggs that are fertilized at the same time. It is not possible for one egg to be fertilized by two different sperm.

          It is possible but extremely rare and though they could be viewed as twins, they would be 1/2 siblings.  It can only happen if two eggs drop at the same time and one is fertilized by one man, then the woman has sex with another man soon after and he fertilizes the second egg.
