If there is air in your fuel system, then there is a hole in one or more of the fuel lines. You need to find the cause of the air getting into the fuel before you worry about removing the air as it will only get back in again if the cause is not fixed. If your are not mechanically savvy, hire a boat mechanic to find the cause and fix it.
