In your book, do you have an 800 phone # for technical service? I have used them for other brands, excellent, you get a tech on phone who will walk you through the repair, and usually wait (they get paid by the hour) as you make the repairs. As I always do, take a photo of things as they are before, so you get them into correct placement for assembly when done. Good luck..
