      Have your computer serviced. It will probably need to have a lot of clutter removed including excess cookies and malware.

          Because he did not have millions of illegals voting for him. Remove those people and Obama would not have won. Remember, Obama made the mandate that voter ID cards would not be required to vote.

          Suggest you do a search for the folder and delete it, you should also delete registration files too but that can get a bit tricky. Search for the folder and delete contents, you might first type uninstall in your system search and look for it there, uninstall then reboot and try to download again.
