I searched for 20 minutes to find a parts list or a way to contact the maker of this slicer. There is no information on the internet. It appears this is a global company that sells to retail stores around the world but there is no information about the company for the general public to access. Check your yellow pages for an industrial food service supplier who may be able to look at your slicer for the part it needs. They may have something that will fit it.
