Hi, yes the structure is fairly good.

Personally I would insert "our' before

loved ones, just keep the "flow" going,

plus I'd lose the comma after "and' but

that's just me.

As healthcare consumers, we must actively plan to protect ourselves, our family members and our loved ones.
