    I entered a password for apple, thet accepted it, but when I tried to logon they said it was incorrect,I

    I also asked to upgrade to software 10543, but was told they did not know what it was. I was given this info my my carrier , Moble

      This is not the Apple site. You need to go back to Apple. Double check how you are typing in the password. Most passwords are case sensitive. Click forgot password if you have to and create a new one.

        Seems very good, but every time I entered a password ( about 20 times ) they wouldn't accept it.
