Ooops! I hit wrong button in the middle of my answer. If you cannot go to control panel--add/remove programs--pick it from the list-click remove---Then try Start(lox. left. corner) click on all programs--find it on the list--remove it from there (uninstall will come up when you hold mouse over the name. Last, but not least----go to system restore as close as possible to previous of installation. Then restore computer to that point. Good luck.
