Hi, when you sign up for a new account it is very,very important that you write your password down somewhere. Also, be sure you don't have the Caps Lock on when you're typing your password, as it is case sensitive.

Google (not us) wants you to use their e-mail service, so I'm fairly certain that they are not giving you a hard time with regard to your email address for any old reason or unjust cause.

Here's where you can sign up for a new account if you  so wish...

and here is where you can go in the future is you have trouble accessing your account (which I hope won't happen!)
