God does not have an actual voice so you will not hear him with your ears. If you hear voices when no one is there, it's not God speaking.

No, but it might be Satan.
Now Satan does have a voice and he has all sorts of minions working for him. Some very much alive minions who double as preachers, ministers, religious people.
and politicians....anyone who's agenda is based in money. Televangelists are good examples of who not to listen to.
