– With the ignition switched off, disconnect battery earth strap.
– Fold rear bench seat forwards.
– Remove luggage compartment floor.

– Pull connector -1- and supply and return lines -2 and 3- off flange.
– Unscrew union nut from flange using union nut tool -3217-. Grip on the raised bits in the picture Click to view attachment (you must be a member to view this picture. Click the link below to join this forum)
– Pull flange and seal out of opening in fuel tank.
– Now release the fuel delivery unit from the bayonet connection by turning it to the left and remove unit from fuel tank.
