    Tuesday is election day and I'm sure we are all loaded with opinion.  My question is: What is the most controversial proposition on YOUR ballot? 
    (I'll figure out which one here blows me away the most and edit my question to include my answer.)

      In VA. we have a measure on the ballot that addresses the governments eminent domain law. It would make it harder for the government to confiscate property in order to turn it over to a developer in an attempt to get a higher tax return.
