    My stepdaughter is 8 yrs old and her mother is pathalogical and is teaching her  daughter the same way of lieing to get what you want. Her biological daughter is being mentlaly abused.. Without spending too mucy money, how can I get the system to see my stepdaugter of 7 yrs, is .being mentally aabused  by her own mother. ?
