Thats a tough one. If you think real hard about the soul thing you could go nuts! It's similar to the idea of infinity....that 'whatever the subject matter be it a math equation or the endlessness of the universe,' it goes on forever. Well, since humans can think, we do have the right to ask the question 'where does it end?" or 'it's got to have an ending! and, the physicists will simply say 'because its infinite!!' and you can come back and still ask "well, it's got to end somewhere!' So, you end up in a vicious circle going around and around. Maybe, that 's what the soul is about - like infinity, it goes on and on forever (hey, did I say forever? Here we go again touching on the subject of infinity!!

I believe that our souls last forever. Our flesh dies out but our souls remain forever :)

The soul or spirit is timeless.
