It is one of the keys, in the top row of a PC keyboard, WBMG
Why do you ask?
If you mean what doe ti do, that depends on where you are when you press F5/
For instance if you are using Excel, the F5 key activates the GoTo box
Shift - F5 activates the Find dialog box.
Ctrl - F5 Restores the window size.
