If you actually know where it is leaking, you can use a very small amount of clear acylic caulking to seall the leak. If you are careful, you can do a neat job of it. Most likely moisture got in and rust caused the paint to blister and it ruined the seal. I have a 1999 Tahoe, and little isues like that pop up every now and then. So, it's to be expected when they get a little older.
