if your brakes are wet, especially after the first rain in recent weeks, you should dry them by: 1. turning on the car heater, 2. accelerate quickly and hit the brakes a few times, 3. lightly pumping your brakes for the first few moments of driving when safe, 4. doing nothing, the heat of your engine will quickly dry them

We are not driving instructors here.Refer to your handbook.

How old is your car? How old are you?  These need to be know for a good answer!  Also how did your brakes get wet? Are you ignoring all common driving laws(do not drive thru deep water) Some water looks shallow but is deep!

    Sounds like # 3.

Are we taking your driver's exam for you?

I'm sure the answers are in the booklet. You really should read them.

They are important for you to know.
