    No........If the guardian is the sole carer/provider of the child, the guardian receives the payment/benefit.

My answer  No it   does  not but  I truly  hope you  are being  honest and   not  trying to  scam peoplethen no your  pr4ecious benefit is still safe you are the   sole  care giver  use  it   don't abuse  it  my god the  child is disabled think of the kid not   money in your pocket  people like you make me sick i pitty that  child  i really   do  for people  like you  its all about   money  who  care what  the kid needs   sry  Im a  mom and  you make me sick  if  i  read  your  question  wrong  i  apolgise i dont think  i  did  you  want more money
