what does it take to get the support/customer service people at double down casino to answer - I have e mailed them3 times
I was playing double down bingo when I lost my connection. When I finally got it back, 7 million was missing. Someone in that room said someone had "hacked" into my account. Is this possible!

Often these sites have lots of compliants just like yours they choose to ignore.
You may never get an answer . try a different angle look up the owners of the site and contact them.
It is only a game so do not get to cranky I am sure you can get it all back in no time, make sure you use a password that noone would want to use..
