Clean the injectors and cylinders with top engine cleaner. It may take a few times. To prep the truck, put three bottles of techron to a full tank and run it to empty. That alone might fix it. Cheap gas does this. A lot of stations are buying cheap gas and selling it as branded. I had a BMW engine the other day that I had to remove the head and grind off the carbon on the valves. All engines are the same that run on gas. Cheap gas has calcium which welds itself to the valves and makes the computer see misfires at idle that you can't feel. You have carbon build up.
