Do you have wi-fi turned on? If so turn it off in Settings - Wireless and networks -Wifi settings). This drains the battery daily if left on all the while on my Galaxy Ace. battery life will last 4 - 5 days if turned off. I only turn wifi on now when needed.
Also untick use Packet Data (Settings - Wireless and networks - Mobile networks) and only tick again if you want to use internet and have no wifi available.
