It should be "sumimasen, oyasuminasai, gomennasai."
Sumimasen = excuse me
Oyasuminasai = good night
gomennasai = sorry for bothering you
When you break it down into too many pieces, it tends to muddle the meaning. For example, "oyasumi" can mean "rest," and "nasai" is kind of a nice imperative. But saying oyasuminasai doesn't translate to "please take a rest." It is more in line with the way we use "good night." Hope this helps!
