    MY SAMSUNG MOBILE DOESN'T RECOGNISE THE NUMBERS i PRESS WHEN THE AUTOMATED SERVICE ASKS ME TOO

    i HAVE  AN NEW SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE ( gt-5830i) when i get thru to an automated service and they ask me to  press the number I need for the department I want thru too it isn't registering can someone help ?
