1: Phone must be off step
2: Long press, upper volume, menu and power on.
3: Choose Wipe data/factory reset
4: Select format all
5: It will ask you to create or sign in to your Google account. but if don't have internet connection choose skip.
6: Choose Android system recovery reboot then you're done.
