    WHEN MEDICAL BENEFITS RU OUT AFTER 1 YEAR AND YOU CANT FIND JOB CAN YOU FILE UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

      If you have not had previous employment for a year, II doubt it.


      However, check with your State Employment Office for a definitive answer, WBMA

        I'd definetly look into it, as I'm fairly sure you would be able to file on your last employer, especially under your circumstances.
