If you are taking prescribed medication make sure the supppliments you wish to take wont actually harm the medication.
Magnesium works best if sprays on the skin as a mist, it burns , if you haver had a tattoo before it feels like that , it is meant to bring the toxins out via the skin then after 20 mins have a shower, you can also soak your feet in it, from the suppliments you have mentioned, I am guessing you have a chronic pain illness like Fibromyalgia ?
But before adding suppliments to your diet check that they will not counter act with your prescribed meds.
