How do i get my password for my old email adrress please ?
Ive been trying for days to get my password for my email and my facebook ive made a new email and i tryed to contact them ive done everything to prove who i am ive entered my old password but they are still not sending it to me im really uoset about this matter and if i dont get in im going to make a formall complaint about this your my last option now and i dont want to make a new one because ive got alot of friends on my facebookand it took me a year to find my family i crying in tears becarse a family memeber as passed away.

Check your spam if you have changed your email on your facebook it takes 24 hours to do then you click on the link in your email .. It is probably in your spam ..

Okay so you have set the new email up ? is that right?
Now go to the new email address you attached to your facebook and look in spam it may have been sent to there instead of your inbox, you reset the password via the link faceburn have sent you.
