If you have the OS Install disk with drivers, then do a format and reinstall the system from the disks. If you haven't, restart the computer and press F10 or F12 repeativly to find the Recovery Parition and use that to recover system from factory settings if there is one on your laptop. Remember to back up all your files that you need before this as everything will be remove from the system. I hope this helps.
