Probably good to go to a local marine mechanic, or even a trade school who does marine mechanics, as a student could take it on as a project. This usually only costs you for materials, not labor. With repairs being estimated at about 1/3 parts and 2/3 labor, this is a real good deal. Check with your Dept. of Education on the State level for a directory of schools which may have such a program, maybe even a voc. tech. high school will have one. Good luck.
