There are two ways you can get ringtones to your phone if you can't connect it to a computer. You have to pay for both though. One way is by using mobile email, and the other method you would need web browsing capabilities. By using mobile email, you can send yourself an email from a computer with a ringtone as an attachment and then just access your email from your phone and save the attatchment to the phone. The mobile email is $3.99 a month and you get 150 email credits. So you pay for the email service, but if you can save the attachments to your phone the ring tones will be free.

The other way is like what the previous person said. You would need the web browsing for that though. You text what ever service you are going to download the ringtone from and when you get a text back, you click on the link to take you to the page where you download the ring tone. You pay $1 for 24 hours of web time and up to 500KB of use (that's about 50 average Web pages, but sizes vary).
