Do it in writing, as sometimes, supervisors will ignore the complaint otherwise. Always keep a copy of what you give them, build a file to track with paperwork. Just in case they fail to act on your complaint. Also, does your company have a Human Relations officer, that is actually the best one to talk with, often it is the supervisor who is the harasser, and you would not want to talk to them!
