Are there no instructions that come with these cards? Nothing on the back of them? How do you get one of these cards? Shouldn't you ask the place you get the card from? It seems like most everyone who gets one of these cards comes to akaQA to ask how to activate it. I live in the USA, I'd never heard of a Fred's smart card until here.
