    how do I remove a blue square from my tv screen

    my grandson has pressed a button on the tv remote which has brought up a blue square on the tv screen which I cannot remove how do I get rid of this?

      Have you tried turning the TV off and then on again? If yes, then turn the TV off again, unplug it for about 5 minutes then plug it in again and turn it on. Let me know if the blue square is still there after that.
