is wilful delay a criminal offence
I was found guilty of this in 2004 and have not worked since due to the stigma attached, though I represented myself in court and although a past unblemished work history with no criminal records got a 2 year suspended sentence a fine and probation.
I am now considering becoming a special constable but is this considered a criminal offence against me. Thanks
