Pretty simple actually -
Please follow these steps:
Menu (center button c/b ) > right > down > down > select (c/b) > up (that should get you to master reset) > select (c/b) > down (that should be reset all) > select ( c/b ) > (warning appears) select ( c/b ) > (another warning) select ( c/b ) > and the phone will be reset and re-started, may take a few minutes though
Click on this link
If you click on 'Try the phone' it will open a new window that allows you to use all the features in demo format.
On the demo click - Menu > Right > Down > Down > Select (c/b) > Up > Select > Down > Select > follow from there
Hopefully all this is clear enough and doesn't confuse things for you
