    I wish to submit a new verification form for account with microsoft but form keeps disappearing

    Hotmail will not accept my password for my email account. says it is blocked because someone has been trying to get into it. This is correct because it is me!

      Wait 24 hours and then try again. I would recommend that you put your password in correctly the next time you try.
