I've searched the internet for a manual with no luck. I tried to find a contact number for the company that makes these and again, no luck. Your question will remain here forever. Hopefully someone will eventually see it and be able to help you. Always put your manuals away in a safe place so you do not lose them.Never buy an item without a manual.

Hi thankyou for replying, but I telephoned Breville the next day, and though the proccessor was an old one, they sent me one free of charge through the post. They were so good, I recommend anybody who has brought something, to ring the company, and maybe will be as Lucky as I was. WELL DONE BREVILLE
Do you still have the phone number for them? Can you post it here so others will know it of they need a manual too? Thanks.
