Dardaigh, how do you figure on this? Are Postal Regulations and Laws in place to assure uniform mail delivery service and therefore be applied across the board? This is a quesion, not a comment.
Hi, just that I've seen other questions come through here before and it's more to do with what the court says than the postal service. We're just volunteers here,so none of this is written in stone but state laws vary.
