    What is the statuate of limitations for a parking ticket in oregon?

    The Multnomah county traffic department is harassing me for $100.00 for two parking tickets  that were issued in 1997 to a vehicle that I didn't even own at the time....  Is fifteen years too long too long to start proceedings against me?

      There is no statute of limitations. Get a lawyer (which will cost you more in the long run) or prove the vehicle was not in your name or pay the fine.
