     They all are made from the same few companies. No larger then 500ci. NHRA funny cars are actually based off of the HEMI engines made by MOPAR (Chrysler) back in the 60's and 70's. The 426 Hemi to be more exact. 74 percent of engines ran today on NHRA funny cars and even Top Fuel cars are Hemi engines, even if they do not have a Hemi badge.
