I want to do a civil lawsuit for sexual harassment/retaliation but don't have witness, should i still go through it?
i went through the procedures and was denied cause, but i feel it was not a decision i want to except. i want to do a pro se for my case, but am thinking if i later should dismiss the case, could there be a down fall in them suing me? should i go through it and deal with whatever comes my way?
