    what can I use for constipation - I have RA?

    One of my meds? - acetaminophen -cod #3 makes me constipated?  I need help now.  can you suggest anything natural?

        Eat plenty of fiber, less meat, and drink lots of water.  Oatmeal and bran are both excellent, as well as fresh apples.  Got to run!!!  (sorry, that was bad!)
