    I AM USING MICROSOFT VERSION 7 PREMIUM, I SUPPORT TECH FROM SAMSUNG SAYS HE CAN SEE REMOTELY MY CAMERAS USING SAMSUNG VERSION 3.1.3 S/W


    I HAVE USED 2 SEPERATE LAPTOPS,I CAN VIEW LOCALLY BUT NOT REMOTELY??
