    how do I delete Firefox/Babylon software from my drive

    An Indian computer tech for software giant, Intuit of Silicone Valley, has obtained control of my computer.  I can neither add nor delete software, my recycle bin is missing and 1,000 other problems.

    Firefox is a web browser. Babylon is an add on. Go to tools, add ons or extensions and disable Babylon. It sounds like you have a malware infection. Download and run this > malwarebtyes: http://http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

    Tried to load Malwarebytes; problem is I CAN'T DOWNLOAD OR DELETE ANYTHING. The S.O.B. seems to have control of and frozen my computer. This is a business computer.
