Since you did not actually register, all you did was create a user name and password, there is no un-registration process. Just abandon the account. You may find that you will change your mind at some point and want to come back and answer more questions. ;)

wen i log in it says registered then you say i did not actually register which one is the actual
You created a user name which really is the only registration process. This forum requites no other personal information about yourself like a true registration requires. Accounts do not get removed here because of that. You can simply never log in again. There is no information about you that is vital to your internet safety connected to your account here.
