    it is in chinease but i need it in english

        Interesting. I could only find results saying changing the language could not be done as that's the way the software is set up.

        The programming software for that printer is set to the language it appears in. You can not change it. Contact HP to see if they can send you software in English. You can chat with them on line by clicking this link > http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/chat.html
